The Haco Shell Valve is used for blocking, dosing, or discharging bulk solid materials, especially in silos, hoppers, or transition points with large cross-sections. Its "shell" type opening allows for complete sealing, wide opening, and reliable operation, even with materials that are difficult to flow.
Robust Engineering with Direct Opening
Body manufactured in carbon steel or special steels: With structural reinforcements and connection flanges according to standard or project specifications;
Articulated Shell with Reinforced Axle: Unique tilting flap that moves by lateral rotation, releasing the flow with agility and precision;
Seats with Contact Seal or Movable Adjustment: Ensures secure blocking against the passage of dust or pressurized material;
Customizable Drive System: Manual (lever or handwheel), pneumatic (double cylinders) or motorized;
Bottom Mounting for Silos or Hoppers: Easy integration with existing nozzles, supports, or metal structures.
Available Versions
Manual Lever-Operated Bucket Valve: For one-off applications or occasional discharge;
Pneumatically Actuated Version: For remote control and integrated automatic operation;
Motorized Shell Valve: Opening and closing controlled by a geared motor, ideal for automated processes;
