The Haco Telescopic Chute with Integrated Dust Removal System is the ideal solution for loading bulk solid materials with complete dust emission control. Designed to operate autonomously, the hoist promotes a clean, safe environment that complies with environmental standards, even when handling extremely fine and powdery products.
Advanced Engineering with Emissions Control
Integrated Autonomous Dust Collection System: The spout has a built-in fan and cartridge filters that capture dusty air generated by the movement of material during loading. The air is treated internally by the cartridges before being released into the atmosphere, ensuring a clean and safe process.
High-Strength Bellows: Designed to withstand the operating process and correctly direct air to the internal dust extraction system of the bellows;
Active Sealing at the Discharge Point: Lower cone with flexible sealing ring that adjusts to the truck's opening (open or closed), forming an airtight barrier;
External Lifting Cables: Installed outside the flow zone, they increase the system's lifespan and facilitate maintenance;
It can be supplied with a traditional wired push-button system or wireless control, depending on the operational needs;
Automatic Operation: The spout can operate fully automatically based on level, position, and presence sensors;
Modern Sensor System with Redundancy: Haco Trombas are highly technological and safe, featuring duplicate sensors and an architecture focused on operational safety and system reliability.
Available Versions
Trucks and closed dump bodies: Version developed with an active sealing cone for precise coupling to the truck's top opening;
Trucks and open dump bodies: Adapted for gentle contact with the load or structure, with emission control through directional dust extraction;
Yard loading: Allows positioning on open-air piles, with manual or motorized adjustments and efficient perimeter sealing;
Motorized: Automatic operation via electromechanical drive with control via local or remote panel, ideal for repetitive cycles and controlled environments;
Manual: With a gearbox, but manually operated by a handwheel or crank, suitable for locations without electrical infrastructure or with low operating frequency;
Motorized and manual: Hybrid version with motorized drive and manual redundancy for emergency operation in case of power failure.
