The Haco Discharge Chute is designed to transfer bulk solid materials between different levels or equipment , such as silos, hoppers, conveyors, and feeders. Developed to withstand abrasion, impact, and continuous flow , the chute ensures reliable performance, sealing, and simplified maintenance, even in harsh industrial environments.

Engineering for Durability and Flow Efficiency

  • Reinforced Metal Structure: Manufactured from carbon steel or special steels, with thicknesses and geometries adapted to the type of material being transported;

  • Replaceable Internal Lining: Optionally lined with anti-abrasive sheets, ceramic, rubber or technical polymers, depending on the level of wear;

  • Optimized Downpipe Geometry: Designed with slope, deflectors, and guides to reduce wear and clogging, improving flow;

  • Sealing at Connections: Ensures a seal between equipment, preventing dust dispersion or air return;

  • Inspection covers with quick-release closure: Facilitate internal access for maintenance and cleaning.

  • Standard Gravity Chute: For direct vertical or inclined transport by gravity;

  • Chute with Internal Flow Guides: Featuring adjustable flow guides for redirecting or splitting flow;

  • Articulated or Telescopic Chutes: For dynamic position adjustment during operation;

  • High Abrasion Chute with Reinforced Bottom: Ideal for clinker, slag, or heavy loads;

  • Version with Integrated Shut-Off Valve or Gate: For flow control or blocking as needed for the operation.
