The Haco Telescopic Chutes (HTT) was developed for the efficient loading of trucks, mobile silos, railcars, or stockpiles containing bulk solid materials such as powders, granules, and aggregates. Its retractable and compact design ensures effective sealing and dust elimination, even under harsh operating conditions.
Engineering Focused on Safety and Efficiency
Modular Telescopic Structure: Articulated sections allow for smooth extension and retraction, adapting to the height of the load and reducing dispersion;
High-strength flexible bellows: Manufactured with technical fabrics or reinforced compounds, resistant to abrasion and product temperature;
Discharge Cone with Perimeter Seal: Designed for connection to open or closed trucks, it ensures gentle contact with the top of the container and effective sealing, minimizing losses and contamination;
Internal Flow Guide: Safely directs the material and reduces turbulence during discharge;
External Lifting Cables: The cables are positioned outside the flow zone, avoiding contact with the material and increasing the durability of the system;
Nozzle for Dust Collection System: Optionally, it can be supplied with a nozzle on the frame for connection to the plant's dust extraction system;
It can be supplied with a traditional wired push-button system or wireless control, depending on the operational needs;
Local Control Panel: Supplied with a dedicated panel and communication outputs adaptable to the protocols and integrations required by the customer;
Automatic Operation: The spout can operate fully automatically based on level, position, and presence sensors;
Modern Sensor System with Redundancy: Haco Trombas are highly technological and safe, featuring duplicate sensors and an architecture focused on operational safety and system reliability.

Tromba with Active Sealing Ring: Uses a pneumatic or mechanical system for efficient sealing against irregular surfaces;
Suspended Model with Electric Winch: Motorized vertical adjustment with remote control or integration into the scale's panel;

Visual or audible operating indicators;
Limit switch, overload, or product shortage sensors;
Flame-retardant and electrostatically resistant bellows for environments with special risks;
Reinforced metal structure with industrial paint or galvanization as required by the plant;
