VIBRATORY DISCHARGER
Continuous Extraction with Fluidity and No Bridging in Bulk Solids
The Haco Vibratory Discharger is designed to promote the controlled and continuous flow of bulk solid materials from silos. Through controlled vibration, it prevents the formation of arches, bridges, or compactions, ensuring efficient discharge even for materials with poor flow.
Engineering for Unblocking and Constant Supply
Reinforced Vibrating Cone: Manufactured from carbon steel or special steels, with geometry adapted to the angle of repose of the material;
Vibratory Assembly with Industrial Vibratory Motors: Generates controlled pulses that break up the material and prevent blockages on the silo walls;
Transition Element with Seal: Allows direct coupling with rotary valves, threaded fittings, redlers or conveyors;
Flexible Suspensions with Springs or Cushions: Allows controlled movement without transmitting vibration to the main silo structure;
Standalone or Integrated Model: Can work in conjunction with level sensors or automatic dosing systems.
Available Versions
Conical Vibratory Unloader: Standard for vertical silos with a conical bottom;
Rectangular Mouth Unloader: Ideal for silos with flat or truncated pyramidal bottoms;
Version with Redundant Vibratory Motors: For critical applications requiring continuous operation and enhanced safety;
Version with Internal Coating: For abrasive, damp, or stick-on materials;
With Control Box and Soft Start: Reduces torque peaks and extends the life of the vibratory motors.
